Vacation Requests:
Per our policies: We understand that you may occasionally need to skip a scheduled service due to vacations or other reasons when your dog is not on the property. If you need to skip a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can let the technician know. We will provide a credit for the missed service towards your next billing cycle.
Please note: Credits are ONLY given if there are no dogs present at the property during the skipped service. If your dog(s) remain on the property, the service will proceed as scheduled OR we can skip the visit (ie you have a dogsitter, but aren't comfortable having us come that week), but there is NO credit as we will expect to pick up twice the amount of waste the next visit and pay our technician for the extra time.
