Hello there. I apologize for the late Sunday evening text, but I am trying to reach all of Kaylynn’s clients today to try and address an issue I was unaware of until a short time ago. It has come to my attention Kaylynn has not been showing up to do your yards timely, if at all, but still accepting her pay for doing so. I can’t tolerate that type of untruthful behavior, and let her go immediately. Now we are in a bit of a bind hiring a new person, and I may have to put a temporary fix on this until we find the right person. I am mortified about this and please know this behavior is NOT aligned with Little Landmines mission. My son Evan (he has been with us for 5 years) or another very senior technician or even myself will be there in the interim, but it may be on a different day for a bit. I am so sorry for all of this. I am happy to give everyone a discount as we work to find the perfect replacement. Please don’t let this incident reflect on us as a whole. As a small family-owned business, we know one mistake like this could sink us, and we ask for some grace and flexibility to fix it. I promise it will be addressed. At the very least this week, Evan will be out late Tuesday on me to catch you all up who got missed this Saturday. It will be in the afternoon as he is a student at UD and will come after class. Again, I can't apologize enough, and I will do whatever it takes to make it right. Thank you all so much for supporting us. Please note, if you were not due for a visit this past Saturday (10/19), this may not have affected your most recent visit, but I wanted to ensure everyone knew the situation. Please reach out to me if there is anything else I can do. We are such big community supporters, and this saddens me immensely our trust was broken.
