Litter-Robot Deep Cleaning Agreement

I authorize Little Landmines Pet Waste Removal to perform cleaning services on my Litter-Robot(s) and to power on and/or run the unit(s) before cleaning to confirm their operating condition.

I understand that Little Landmines is providing a cleaning service only. Little Landmines does not perform repairs, diagnostics, electrical or mechanical work, software troubleshooting, warranty service, or replacement of parts.

I confirm that I have disclosed any known problems, damage, error messages, unusual operation, or other concerns with my Litter-Robot(s) prior to service.

I understand that Litter-Robots contain electronic components, sensors, motors, liners, seals, and other mechanical parts that may experience wear, malfunction, or failure independently of the cleaning process. Little Landmines is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or mechanical/electronic failures unrelated to the cleaning service.

Little Landmines will only remove and clean components appropriate for routine removal and cleaning. We will not open, alter, repair, or attempt to service internal electronic or mechanical components.

Deep Clean & Air Dry Service

I understand that my selected service includes deep cleaning of the appropriate washable components and accessible areas of my Litter-Robot(s).

Cleaned components may be left disassembled and damp following service so they can fully air-dry.

I understand that I am responsible for allowing all components to dry completely and for properly reassembling the Litter-Robot(s) before reconnecting power or using the unit(s).

Fresh litter, filters, waste drawer liners/bags, and replacement parts are not included in the service.

By entering my initials below, I confirm that my Litter-Robot(s) are currently functioning properly except for any issues I have disclosed on this form.

I understand that Little Landmines is providing cleaning services only and is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or mechanical/electronic failures unrelated to the cleaning service.

I also understand that I am responsible for allowing cleaned components to dry completely and properly reassembling the unit(s) before use.
