Do I need to be home?
Nope! As long as our technician can safely access the service area, you can go about your day.
Can my dog stay outside?
Friendly dogs may usually remain outside. Aggressive, protective or uncomfortable dogs must be secured indoors.
Do you scoop in the rain?
We work in most normal weather. Severe weather, unsafe conditions or extreme heat may require a schedule adjustment.
Do you take the dog waste with you?
We typically double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash or another designated location. Waste may be removed from the property in some service areas.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts. Ever.
Is there a big charge for my first visit?
No. For recurring service, we don’t automatically charge a special first-visit cleanup fee.
Can you clean up my yard just once?
Absolutely. One-time cleanups are available.
