Little Landmines Pet Waste Removal is more than just a business to us — it’s our family, our mission, and our way of giving back to the community we love. We’re the Sparks family, and we’ve proudly called Odessa, Delaware home for 30 years.
This is where we’ve raised our kids, built lifelong relationships, and put down deep roots. We believe in serving the same community that has supported us all these years, and that belief is at the heart of everything we do.
From funding an annual scholarship for students pursuing animal-related careers, to helping pay off school lunch debt, to offering free microchip scanning to help reunite lost pets with their families — giving back is something we truly believe in. We also support local rescues, donate services to those in need, and are always looking for ways to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

From the beginning, we’ve believed this company could be about more than just cleaning yards. We wanted to build something that reflects our values — hard work, compassion, honesty, and a real commitment to the people and pets we serve.
As a family, we are strong advocates for the autism community, and that has deeply shaped the mission behind Little Landmines. Our son Dylan has played a huge role in that perspective. Through him, we’ve seen firsthand how important understanding, inclusion, patience, and meaningful opportunities truly are.
That is why we’ve made it a priority to create a business that gives back in real ways — from inclusive hiring to supporting community programs, local causes, and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. For us, this has never been just about poop scooping. It’s about building something with purpose.
